The walk from Jaffa Gate to The Western Wall brims with excitement. Many times my heart would skip a beat as I made the ascent. Serene and tranquil, yet so much energy in the street, imagining all the people who came before me, who walked the walk.  The streets wind and bend as you await the imminent grandeur of The Kotel.
